I agree with you :)  

I use Navigator only when I have to (i.e. the functionality
doesn't exist its more difficult on a command line). It seems
that each release of Navigator gets slower as IBM moves to
convert more of its code base to Java.  

Pretty soon we'll all have to buy a new multi-GHz machine, 
with corresponding memory, everytime they release a new 
CA/Express Navigator package ;-)
