Directory Services GLD0139 error

Upgrading a V4R5 system to V5R2, had problem with 5722SS1 OS/400 Option 03 
- Extended Base Directory Support.
Wouldn't install.  System still had 5769SS1 OS/400 Directory Services 
installed (V4R5) and couldn't delete it, or get 5722SS1 option 03 to 
install, until I did DLTLIB QDIRSRV.  SO, it finally would install, but 
now when you run STRTCPSVR *DIRDRV I get this error:

Any clues ?
