In my documentation I found a note (februari 2000) stating:
PTF index problem, not able to load PTF because superceded PTF already loaded.
IBM software support (netherlands) gave us this solution.
1. Normal IPL
2. ENDCLNUP
3. CALL PGM(QSYS/QPZSYNC) PARM('L')
4. RELOAD ALL PTF'S (CUM) (no groups around for that release)
5. IPL
This solved our problem.
