You need to install, I think, 57xxAC2 or 3, to get the cryptographic access 
provider. It may not have been automagically installed. I might be wrong on 
the product ID. But it usually comes with systems now. There's a 56-bit 
version and a 128-bit version in the US. Use the latter.
