For your choices use Ops Navigator.  It groups items nicely and is simple
enough so that it can even be used by bosses.

well, our corporate IT headquarters have given out the directive that the
minimum password 
length should be set to 8 characters...

My boss has asked me to set the appropriate OS/400 system value accordingly.
Will this 
affect any existing passwords?

Does anybody know if its possible to crack an OS/400 password, or manipulate
it without 
leaving traces?
