There's a very real possibility that a large percentage of my problems came
from me not understanding the proper steps to apply the PTFs.  The reason I
say "possibility" is because the only way we could have found out was from a
SAVSYS, something I didn't have.  But I'm willing to believe it was at least
partially me, and that Jim's advice about knowing everything ahead of time
is very good advice.
