I suspect they wouldn't have a problem since this is a Music Magazine and the FTP site is only accessible by the Staff for the purposes of helping the members of the RIAA promote their music. I don't appreciate your assumption that I'm breaking the law. MP3s aren't just for peer-to-peer networks, you know.
