David,

Use 'NAMEFMT 0' to move to library naming and 'NAMEFMT 1' to move to
universal IFS naming.  You probably need to do 'NAMEFMT 1' then issue the
appropriate CD command.

If you leave it in the IFS naming standard, you can access all files,
including those in libraries.
