Of course, as far as QSH <utilities> goes, I'm not aware of anything that would 
stop you from creating any that might be missing.

And as a sidenote, at least some of the QHS utilities can be called directly -- 
i.e., outside of QSH -- once you figure out the proper PARM() list. Interesting 
results from a few of them.
