Are you sure that the program is adopting its owners authority? I ask this because several people (including me at one time) confuse these two values on DSPPGM and DSPSRVPGM. User profile . . . . . : *USER Use adopted authority : *YES A value of *USER for "User Profile) means that the program does not adopt its owners authority.
