TN5250 is written in C, not C++.

Is it "possible" to make an activex control?   Of course.  The source code
is freely available.  All you have to do is write the code that makes it
into an activex control.

That's what open source is about...  you're not locked into what software
companies decide you can or cannot do.   If you want to do something a
certain way, all you have to do is be willing to do the programming...
