Technically, yes.  But not entirely so...  This list IS the contributions
posted, as well..  If the list wasn't largely so well self-moderated, then
David would have a full-time job-and-a-half keeping the peace...  David,
obviously, is the final authority on these matters.  And David may not
appreciate THIS comment:  But he's one-a the top 3 best and coolest
moderators I've posted to.

The consensus is to follow these, but there are exceptions...  (Iirc, saw
David himself post an HTML email, or two, back about a year'n'a-half ago...
Best squirrel loses a nut, every now-and-again...;-)  It's not a question of
whether You NEED a consensus, because there IS one regardless.. because
nobody follows the guidelines to the EXACT letter every time, fortunately.
(Who checks the archives EACH and EVERY time, before they post ANY kind-a
comment/question?)
