If the trigger fails during a DFU application ...


The error message(s) can be sent back as a diagnostic message to the
calling program
(there are a few tips to recognize the program that called the trigger
program).

Use the SNDPGMMSG command or one of the SNDMSG (APIs).

My trigger program uses the *PSSR subroutine and ...

It is my experience that if a DFU application fails.
I see the errors at the bottom of my 5250 session ...
