Andy, Good point on that tier. Your 3rd party vendors probably charge you an annual fee based on your software tier. If you could drop a tier you might save money on that. Combine that with other points Andy brought up. And if you require the Enhanced Edition then don't forget to mention the bonus stuff you may not be using at this time.
