Actually *all* the 16 and 32 bit code will run on the Opteron 64 bit cpu. As Mike Wills mentioned it is very special. It can run all 3 types of code simultaneously with no performance penalty. He didn't have to mention anything because it all already works. This is as big of an achievement as the 64 bit conversion was for the AS/400. James Rich
