If I setup the client access express servers to use SSL by assigning certificates (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r1/ic2924/info/rzain/rzainrzaincaservepi.htm), can non-secure clients still connect with the client access express central, database, data queue, file, network print, remote command and signon servers after TCPIP is stopped and started? The reason I'm asking is because the clients are not setup to use SSL yet. Please respond. Thanks.
