How do I migrate a load source from 4 GB to 8 GB

Hello all,

anybody has recommendations for this setup

Modell 170 with 4x  4GB drives (6607), RAID and V4R4
wants to replace with 4x 8GB drives (6713) in a RAID
I searched up and down and found no way to migrate
the data from the load source to the newer, bigger one.
Is there a way at all, I saw an item in DST-Disk-Recovery
called "Upgrade Load Source Utility" but I don't get it to
work - the help text is not very helpful.
OK, I could unload and reload via tape, I know ....
But I'd like to do it a faster way.
So here is what I think I got to do:
- stop RAID protection on the old drives
- put in three of three new disks
- remove all old disks but the load source
(this moves the data to the new disks)
- when finished, remove all disks but the load source
- put in the remaining one of the new drives
(this becomes the new load source)

now here is the first BIG question mark:
- shall I do an IPL now with the LIC of the old disk
to start that "load source upgrade utility" to copy the
data to the new (bigger) disk ??
or
- do I have change positions of the drives now to install the
LIC onto the new disk to IPL from there and afterwards
start that "load source utility" ??

- now I remove the old load source
- then I put in the rest of the disks and start RAID again ...


Any hints much appreciated.
