Depends on their creation order and FIFO/LIFO. IF the customer/order is
build first then the customer LF will use the customer/order access path.
However, if the Customer is built first then the customer/order can't use it
(doesn't have the right keys) so customer/order will build a new access path
and the system won't automatically say, "hey, now I can drop this customer
access path" so creation order is very important. 

IF FIFO/LIFO/FCFO is specified then then two LFs must have the same exact
key structure to be shared since Customer/FIFO isn't the same as
Customer/Order/FIFO.
