need local help on Fresno disk crash

for a friend of mine...
Is anyone in Calif avail immediately (tonight/tomorrow) for 
System Recovery/reconfig in Fresno, California (at the airport).
Disk crashed and cannot pump.
Drive 3 replaced
No save system (they can't find it).
User want's software co to fly someone from Florida (their base). Users
don't want to deal with the problem. This is a paying gig.

This is not to take over job, but to assist. Must know system admin
stuff-user profiles, device config, lan config, client access setup, etc.
