Walden, this isn't going to be easy.
This specific file, may have to be accessed in a way that is outside
the 'norm', and in a way that conforms to
a predefined set of orginizational rules.
You're not going to get a quick and easy answer to this situation, unless,
there are other developers on this list, that have
already tackled a problem like this.
