Been awhile since I've seen that error.

By the way on a machine where a full RCLSTG takes 4 hours it only takes 20 
minutes to run RCLSTG SELECT(*DBXREF).  If time is a consideration you may 
run just that.  If RCLSTG will fix this "particular" error then RCLSTG 
SELECT(*DBXREF) will.  I am saying this because this is definitely related 
to the database cross reference files.  (Which came out in V3R1 and can 
chew up some serious disk space.)
