Is anyone else experiencing a lot of trouble in V5R2 with the QZSOSIGN 
pre-start job?  It ends, won't restart, and there's no real clue as to 
why.  ENDHOSTSVR and STRHOSTSVR don't work, neither does STRPJ, and 
there's no problem with the QUSER profile.  The problems with this, and a 
possibly related problem with Client (iSeries) Access Data Transfer 
failing to start, have been a real pain for several of our V5R2 customers. 
 The only real fix seems to be ENDTCP & STRTCP - but that's a bit too 
drastic to be able to do in the middle of the day with a hundred or so 
connected users.
