Joe, if you're going as far back as V4R2 to get these books, you'd be better 
off using the
Softcopy.  I have V4R5 of the Softcopy library which includes *most* of the 
manuals that I use. 
Most notably the one that's missing is the DDS Reference, for which someone 
on-list sent me the
softcopy version from v4r4.  All the CL reference is missing as well, but I 
find that I don't need
that as much what with all the online help with CL.  But if I really wanted 
them, I could just
lift them from the last Softcopy library that had them.

Of course, this is moot if you prefer HTML over Softcopy.
