temporary space can be the result of query index builts - this should go 
away
when the Query-Job ends.
You can also check temporary space in wrkactjob, do option 5 on a job, 
then option 3.

Generally, temp space will be freed at IPL. Thats the only option when 
killing jobs
with lots of temp space doesn't help.

You can set max temp space for a job through the cls object.
