Sorry if I wasn't clear, but HATS absolutely requires interactive CPW!

If you want to avoid interactive tax, it's PSC/400 or WebFacing.  A few
other vendors have claimed similar products recently as well, but as far as
I know only PSC/400 has any production installations in the field a year or
more old.
