A TOKEN is simply an element from the statement being parsed. The message means 
that the TOKEN (in this case a comma) was found at a position where a comma is 
not allowed. This may be due to a previous undetected syntax error.

In this case I think the error message is misleading and the problem is likely 
caused by the (JMQMS X'00000002') value. This will proably be intepreted as an 
invalid field name when you want it to be treated as the number 2. Just code it 
as a number:
        (JMQMS '2') and it should work.
