Printer error

Anyone know where I can find what the error code 20 really means.
Obviously 20-39 mean different things but where can I find what they
are?

     40-59: An internal failure occurred.

 Recovery  . . . :   For error codes 20-39, check for problems in your
network. 
   After correcting the problem, start the printer writer to begin
processing   
   files again. If the problem continues, report it using the ANZPRB
command.   
   For error codes 40-59, start the printer writer again. If the problem

   continues, report it using the ANZPRB command.
