Enterprise Feature Package and the education entitlements

When you purchase the "Enterprise Feature Package" in addition to other 
stuff, you are paying for some education entitlements.  According to a 
recent email from IBM...

  fee, free of charge, to one of the IBM iSeries Technical 
  Conferences.
