The CPYTOPCD command was written (my recollection) to copy files to QDLS.
Take a look at the CPYTOSTMF (Copy to Stream File) command instead. It
sounds as though you're really not talking about spooled files are you?
Your example uses a physical file which I assume you create using the
CPYSPLF command. Spooled files would definitely be something different.
