By a Client Access session do you mean a 5250 session, or would a rmtcmd 
session to submit a job work?

 Lets say I wanted to have an icon on a Windows desktop that, when 
pressed,
would open a Client Access session, and further, a specific job with a
passed-in parm.  Would that be possible?
