R: Default password

Hello Fiona, how are you, i'm really glad to hear you. Do you intend not to
allow a password to be coded or not to allow a password the same as user id?
Probably the suggestion does'nt change: attach an exit program to wrkusrprf
/ chgusrprf command.

Although we run a pgm to create new profiles with PWD(*NONE),
some of our help desk staff have subsequently issued
a p/word which is the same as the user id.

Training issue, sure, but any suggestions to make it impossible to
do this on our system would be appreciated
