Hi Mark,

The end user can either double click on the printer icon in the systray or
choose Start-Settings-Printers and then doubleclick the entry for the
printer in question.

Both of these steps will cause the GUI view of the print queue for that
particular Windows defined printer to appear. The end user can then delete
the job that is not printing correctly and the problem will be resolved.

Microsoft operating system default implementation is to not delete print
jobs, which have not yet been successfully spooled, when you reboot.
