May I emphatically agree with using RPG instead of CL for this. CL was not intended for even the most minimal level of complexity in file processing. Or for very much heavy programming, for that matter. Whereas RPG, well, now... You can do pretzel-like loops through your file! You can now open even *more* than fifty files at *one time*! - Alan | Of course personally I wouldn't do this kind thing of CL at all. I'd do it | in RPG IV.
