Has anyone used Locales?  The info I've gleaned from IBM's website
(http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r2/ic2924/info/nls/rbagslocale.htm)
seems to indicate that I can create a locale for a user in a different
timezone and if I set it up right, their job date and time will reflect
their time.
