I search the archive and could not find an answer. Here is the situation:
When trying to do a CPYTOIMPF to create a .CSV file, we have an alpha field
that is 16 long and most times contains all numbers. This field gets
converted as a numeric, which is o.k. but the last digit is always replaced
by a zero.
Is there a limitation on the size of numeric values or am I missing some
option on the command prompt?
Here is the command with parms that we are using:
CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(TPPVALUEGC)
          TOSTMF('/juice/test.csv')
          RCDDLM(*CRLF)
TIA
