I will look to see if there is a PTF.  Someone at the customer suggested
this, so I think I'm out of the problem for now.

QBLDSYS is an internal IBM library (full of really interesting stuff)
that will 
never exist on a customer system. This sounds like a build problem and
there is 
probably a PTF to correct it. Exactly what does the error message say?
