ANSI print control characters - space suppress

I'm trying to recreate a spool file from a Physical File which was created
by CPYSLF with *FCFC.

I have searched the archives and find that : ' '   = space one line
                                           '0'  = space 2 lines
                                           '-'   = space 3 lines
                                        '1' = Top of Page

                        BUT
                                        '+' = Suppress Space

                Anyone able to tell me what this one is? (simply)
