We've had great success with a version of this product. http://www.infosoftglobal.com/FusionCharts/ Last time I looked they had 2 versions. One you build the data on the fly and the other you write the xml data to a file and feed the file name to the command. You do need to put the product on the IFS. I'm not affiliated with the company at all. Just a satisified user.
