LOL....Yeah, it really sucks :(

Maybe we could append a page offset to the filename.

Of course, if you have multiple documents open you'd
have to switch your mental calculator on/off 
repeatedly to determine where to go ;-)

I don't believe IBM put as much time into creating
their PDF documents as they did their Book Manager :(
