CHGAUT OBJ('/some/dir/*') USER(USER) DTAAUT(DATAUT) OBJAUT(OBJAUT) 
AUTL(AUTHLIST)

Or alternatively:

cd /some/dir
chown -R user:group *

The -R means recursive.
