Yes/Yes/No/and a big YES!  Our developers are on our production machine.
The IS staff use more CPU than all other department combined.  Some of them
forget to submit re-loads or queries to batch.  Bad programmer, slap! ;)  I
would really like to put programmers on their own box.  Heck for the price
of the interactive upgrade, $48,000 for an 820 to go from 120 to 240, I can
get one nice development systems.  Unfortunately the programmers spend a
considerable amount of time researching the live data for users.
