Jerome, Have you tried looking for journal receivers ? They take up most of the space on our system. We schedule jobs to back them up & others to delete them. If any receiver is not fully saved, the system reply list entry Msgid(CPA7025) Reply(C) takes care of that by cancelling the delete. (WRKRPYLE) Developers on our system all have one group profile, which owns all they create. That profile has a storage limit. So if they can't compile because they have hit the limit, they just have to go back and clear down all those large outfiles and old copies ... We use OSD to schedule outq purges and file reorganisations. We first made it clear to the business users that each outq has an agreed interval (1 week, 1 month etc) in writing - after which the stuff gets deleted automatically. And try reviewing at all your save files, they may be out of date. Good luck !
