The first thing our CE did (on our 620) was disconnect the deals that
powered the thing down when you took the rear cover off. And it IS a bear to
put back on. It has hard to imagine someone actually designed and testes
that and thought it was OK...

The IBMer's I know have been complaining about the back cover design since 
the first black boxes appeared.
