How can you find a list of jobqs that feed a particular subsystem, and/or
display the job queue entry (number of threads, active jobs etc) for a
particular jobq?

In other words, there is an ADDJOBQE, RMVJOBQE and CHGJOBQE, but no
DSPJOBQE or WRKJOBQE
