Use DSPMSG MSGQ(QSYSOPR) OUTPUT(*PRTWRAP) 
Check in spool file you can get userid and the workstation id.

or if you are using robot scheduler the you can use MC (Display Message
Center)
MC MESSAGECTR(QSYSOPR)
