Denis - I can safely admit that if I am able to answer ANY of the technical questions posed on these fora then they are definitely of the "newbie" quality as I am probably in the lowest of the low techi-rating!! However if I could change the situation slightly. I sell software - what it does is irrelevant to the discussion, (and anyway I don't want to be harangued for blatant plugging!!). If there was a question on this forum placed by a competitor about how to do the same function that I know our software could do, I feel it would not make commercial sense to answer it. Whether or not the question is a simple one, why assist someone or a company who is perceived to be a competitor - it's basic human nature to protect your own. Just my euro's worth !
