Another possible option if COGNOS supports it is to use the IBM toolbox for java JDBC connector, it doesn't require a license like the Client Access ODBC driver does. Here is the link to it if interested. http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/toolbox/ Thanks, Tony Awbrey Technical Specialist RuffaloCODY, Inc. 319.362.7483 ext. 3182 IBM Certified Specialist -- iSeries Technical Solutions Design V4R5 iSeries Solution Sales V4R5 >>> martin@xxxxxxxxxx 08/26/03 11:57AM >>> On Tuesday 26 August 2003 13:59, Burns, Bryan wrote: > We are installing COGNOS and the COGNOS consultant needs: > > DB2 AS/400 CLIENT CONNECTOR and IBM AS/400 CLIENT SOFTWARE AND ODBC FOR > DATABASE. > > Where do I get the client CD's? It was already installed, but didn't have the ODBC stuff. Updating the install with the additional packages did the trick.
