I did try this but "OPTION NAMING" is not allowed in a SQL Function.  I did an 
Explain SQL via Operations Aggravator and it shows the path is set correctly as 
*LIBL.  When I have a few minutes, I'll contact IBM and see if they can figure 
this out for me.   Thanks for the suggestion.
