I just renewed the software subscription on my model 170, and, since there
was no other option, signed up for support as well. Will I be getting some
documentation on how to use the support services? (I'm an ex-MVS sysprog, so
if it works like that did, then I should be all set plus or minus little
details like the phone number to call and such.)
