I have this member:
CONNECT TO GDWEB USER ROB USING 'mypwd';
INSERT INTO ROB/TESTSQL2 VALUES('c', 'd');

But when I use:
RUNSQLSTM SRCFILE(ROB/QSQLSRC) SRCMBR(TEST) COMMIT(*NONE)

I get:
Record  *...+... 1 ...+... 2 ...+... 3 ...+... 4 ...+... 5 ...+... 6
...+... 7
      1 CONNECT TO GDWEB USER ROB USING 'mypwd';
      2 INSERT INTO ROB/TESTSQL2 VALUES('c', 'd');
                                 * * * * *  E N D  O F  S O U R C E  * * *
* *
MSG ID  SEV  RECORD  TEXT
SQL0084  30       1  Position 1 SQL statement not allowed.

DSPMSGD RANGE(SQL0084) MSGF(QSQLMSG) for more information.

The confusing thing about that message is they actually use the word
RUNSQLSTM on some statements that are not allowed. They also mention
CONNECT in another context. However they don't seem to intersect.
